Day 57 February 26, 2014
CELEBRATE ONE ANOTHER
“Suppose one of you had a hundred sheep and lost one. Wouldn’t you leave the ninety-nine in the wilderness and go after the lost one until you found it? When found, you can be sure you would put it across your shoulders, rejoicing, and when you got home call in your friends and neighbors, saying, ‘Celebrate with me! I’ve found my lost sheep!'” Luke 15:4-6 The Message
“Friends don’t get jealous of each other or begrudge the other for finding success. They celebrate every victory together.”―Karen Kingsbury
“Celebration is a kind of food we all need in our lives, and each individual brings a special recipe or offering, so that together we will make a great feast. Celebration is a human need that we must not, and can not, deny. It is richer and fuller when many work and then celebrate together.” -Corita Kent and Jan Steward
O God, Thank you for our troubled times, for they make the fine times a feast worth celebrating together. Amen.
